Exclamation Dude Who Makes This?????

I had to have a catchy title. Well I have searched and can not find out anything about this na to turbo exhaust manifold. I saw it on ebay one day a while back, and now I cant find it anymore. I saved the pictures of it bc it was just so easy for a turbo swap, I think it sits right were the air pump goes. This allows you to just add the turbo without changing the intake manifolds, cutting or notching the frame. I just bought another fc and I just wanted to see if I can get ahold of this. Any info would help, just post thoughts also.

RB makes the flang that connects to the exhaust ....but I would say that it was pretty much home made...looks pretty good from what I see...why didnt you email the seller on ebay?

Go to Rotary Shack, buy the RB header flange, weld some equal length runners, turbo flange of your choice, wastegate flange (that one is for an internally gated turbo)...

Badabing...

Hmm, that's a pretty interesting piece. Wouldn't you rather replace the intake runners though? That way you could have the proper coolant passages drilled out (I'm pretty sure that you could do it w/o tearing the engine down if you used a good oil on the bit to catch the shavings) and evrything would be in the proper locations.

You also wouldn't have to play with custom exhaust work and just get any of the bolt-up units from Racing Beat, Mazdatrix, etc.

I'm not sure, but that one looks very Similar to Rene Fronco's manifolds.

If thats what your looking for, I would HIGHLY recommend him. He did my manifold for my RX-2 and it looks machine made. He does outstanging work, and I believe he already has the templete to make the manifold for a N/A block.

Check out his site at: http://www.rx3mist.com/selling.htm

He prices are cheap, and his quialty it top of the line, he is an aboslute profectionalist and it shows in his work.
