dual master cylinders?

whats the advantage? and do they even bother with this for the FC? i saw it on an FD someone elighten me thanks!

It's a racing car thing. It allows independent adjustment of the braking bias. One cylinder is for the front brakes, the other for the rear.

no need of brake booster. better feel to the brake pedal for some people.

One is for your front brakes and one is for your rear brakes.
They run two of them side by side so they can easily and accurately adjust the bias of the brakes, front to rear. They use what they call a bias bar to accomplish this.

You have two master cylinders as does just about every car btw. It's just that they are connected front to rear and non-adjustable.
