wat about the alt. pulley bearing?

is the pulley being outta line gonna cause premature wear on the alt. pulley bearing?

the factory in undertray is VERY important, especially going at highway speeds, where seeing that your car should run cooler there versus driving around the street, putting it on you would see a noticable temp drop.

that spacer you see on top of the pic, i guess i can move that "behind" the mounting bracket(?)... hopefully there's enough room behind the alt.

Allright, you have one of the CNC pullies from Higgi. Are you sure you used the correct spacer on the shaft?

I'll mount one up thursday and see what it looks like. I have a autozone reman and a OEM here. It may be as simple as grinding the spacer down. John

thanx. from what i can see the spacer on the mount can be placed towards the firewall, "behind" the mount. that is if i have enough room behind the alt.(1/4-1/2) to move it back. look at the top view pic. you can see the spacer in the top right corner.

thanx higgi

that's what i was thinking that the spacer was on the wrong side. i wasn't sure that i would have enough space back there. i guess i put the spacer on the wrong side when i replaced the alt. lol.... does that mean my stock alt. pulley was off line also?

all the parts should be arriving next wk
koyo rad. n greddy caps
ACT 6 puck clutch
powerslot rotors
HP pads
RB springs
KYB AGX
etc.
hehe.. christmas in july
