Installation is SIMPLE:
remove pulley nut with a 22MM socket on an impact wrench.
Remove old belt and pulley halves.
Install new pulley and use your old washer and pulley nut
Loosen Alt adjustment bolt
Install 2 new alternator belts
Adjust tension on new belts
Tighten tension bolt
Tighten 22mm nut using impact wrench.
If you do not have an impact wrench.
Remove alternator from car
Take to your neighborhood
Go to autozone or advanced auto and ask them nicely to install the pulley. They have an electric impact wrench
It helps if you buy your belts there!!!!
Any questions give me a shout. John

If you have an impact wrench (or any air tools), they make the job just plain simple. I just hit it for about 1-2 seconds and it was off. If not, you might want to try to break it loose while it's still tensioned by the alt belt, but it might be kind of tough without air tools. I didn't try without, but I'm assuming the belt would slip before it breaks loose if you don't use air tools.
