I am the stig.
Here's the installation for the DTSS eliminator bushings. I imagine you could do the same with the standard bushings.

there are few around on the net - Google is your friend on this one
took me about 3 evenings to to mine
its not that bad of a job - you need a LARGE vice though
and if you have ABS - DO NOT TRY TO GET THE ABS OUT THE HUB - trace the wires to the side of each seat and unplug them from there
Good luck with this - when i removed mine someone had filled them with silicon rathe than replacing them !!

Nurse I need 1300cc's NOW
this mod took me about 2 hrs(i know someone with a press). the hardest part was pulling the hub off the car. I removed the hub off the car left the dust shield . and I didnt press out the bearings or anything. I just used a length of pipe to help manuever around the dust shield when i pressed the bushings out
