DTSS Bushings

I was given a set of DTSS Eliminator bushings when I bought my S4 from a friend who said he purchased them on eBay. I've been looking at installation walk-throughs and a few different brands online and these don't look like anything I've seen so far. Could anyone tell me if these are the right thing, or if my friend ordered the wrong thing and they're completely useless?

those look strange. im not sure if theyre the right ones or not though... i've only seen the metal (delrin?) dtss elims. IMO though, i dont think those are the right ones...i've never seen a set with a notch in the side..

Yeah I don't know what he ordered..
I tried looking at his feedback to see if the item or seller left any or vice versa and came up with nothing.

the install is straight forward, but be warned you might have a hard time taking the old bushings out.. I tried the ghetto way with a puller and socket and didnt go so well. so i had to take apart the whole rear carrier and have em pressed out and in.

they look like a cheap set of motorcycle frame sliders. the rounded end and uneaqual length would make sense if thats what they are.

Good call! I just searched around and sure enough I came up with a set to a 04-05 GSXR-750 that looks to be a match with the exception of them being Carbon Fiber.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/04-05...spagenameZWDVW

Looking around on eBay at all the different types offered they can run about the same price as DTSS eliminators and the ad could have easily had a typo with reversed X and R. However had he done some research and known what he was looking for the chances are he would have noticed they were not right. Oh well, at least no money was given for them.
So anyone need any frame sliders?
