Drop of Intrax Springs?

I just got some 18's for my car, 225/40/18 didn't fit up front, so I went lower to 215/35/18, it fit but rubbed, I put some spacers on there and didn't get the minumum of 7 turns on the lugnut, ****! So now I must get some different springs because they are rubbing the tires. I looked into getting the Racing Beat Springs which drop it an inch, now I am wondering how much the intrax springs drop it because I don't want the Racing Beat's to do the same if the drop of the springs doesn't differ from the Intraxs'. Does anyone know how low the Inrax go? I heard 1.6" but I am not sure.

DOn't bother, they are GARBAGE. Try the ground control springs/sleeves setup.

I think they used to offically list 1.75" as their drop from Intrax.
We do not recommend dropping the suspenion over 1", as the rear camber is not correctable with lower drops.
If you like replacing your tires every month, be my guest...

Intrax springs are for show only. They pretty much tell you they suck for racing or performance.

Well hey I didn't put them on, they were on there when I bought the car, don't flame me. And damn that is a huge drop 1.75"?????? What am I doing with 18's? Hmm......my stepdad owns a wheel/tire wholesale distributor company...would you get 18's if you could choose any wheels you wanted for free for Christmas? I think so, plus I get all my tires half off from a North American distributor of a certain brand of tires, this I will not divulge in. Anyway I am gonna get Racing Beat Springs next paycheck. BTW that pic is the ****! I wish I could afford Tokico Illuminas with some nice coilovers but oh well.......

My friends NX has intrax springs on close to stock struts. rides really well and looks better to! And yes, they will fit a vert, people say "blah blah except vert" cuz the vert is heavier.

Iv got intrax, basicly cuase i picked them up really cheep and i wanted to lower drop. They ride ok... its not stiff, a little bouncy depending on shocks.. my shocks lasted 15k before they completly blew..

Get a linier(sp) rate spring if your interested in performance... not intrax..
