driver side door leaking during rain?

everytime it rains more than a little, my driver side foot compartment gets wet ..
usually just the carpet is wet .... which i dont want to happen, cause i dont want mold to start forming ..

where should i start looking ...
what keeps water out ?
is there a seal or something that could be leaking or some of the rubber ...

it just pools up in the drivers side foot area with no other signs of leaking (aka roof or actual door

has anyone else had this problem and if so what did you do to correct it?

There is the window seals that could be leaking (the little rubber things on each side of the window), could also be the plastic thats behind the door panel that is either damaged/missing... just ideas.

No, everyone doesn't want to waste there time answering a thread that someone is so impatient that they bumped it 4 times in 8 hours. Please wait at least 24 hours before bumping.

#2 This is pretty basic automotive 101. If you have a leak you need to figure out what is leaking. So pull your trim and door panels, get a water hose and have a buddy spray it down while you are inside trying to determine where the leak is.

As far as possible leaks, they could be from the windshield, the firewall missing or loose gromits, the door gromit/harness, the sunroof, the sunroof front mounts, the door seals, the door plastic shield, the floor panel missing gromits, ETC. All everything listed there, can drip down or run inside panels or covers.

See there are probably 10 different things that could be leaking so get in there and figure it out, instead of sitting in front of the computer and bumping a bunch of times
