Oil Leak with pics

Found the culprit! slight oil leak from one of the 6 bolts on the turbine housing.

The pics taken from underneath the turbo, please dont tell me the turbos stuffed cos i had it reconditioned 2 months ago, is it possible to just tighten it up?

if it's leaking from the turbo like that maybe it is the oil line going to the turbo but more than likely I would emagine it is oil control seal. I'm no expert on turbos by no means so if I'm wrong I'm sure someone will chime in.
