does the vibration go away at higher speeds or just get worse?

And your bumps have been removed... bumps are forbidden here in the 2nd gen technical section... and frankly two bumps in less than 10 minutes makes you look like a spoiled child who thinks they are more important than anyone else and it also makes it look like there were multiple replies already to solve your problem.

The vibration could be a number of things anywhere in the drivetrain.

Driveshafts are common. If the shaft vibrates, try removing it, turning it 180 degrees, then reinstalling.

Check your wheel bearings, and the balance of your wheels and tires. It's not unusual for balance weights to fall off.

As for the jerking, it's probably a TPS that's out of adjustment.

your question about the clutch would probably be answered best in the race section...

Instructions regarding the TPS are in the Haynes and FSM (see FAQ). Also you could search for "tps adjust".

No idea on the clutch. May be a failing throwout bearing.

It's on the front of the throttle body. Black box with two plungers.
