Dremel To Port With?

Is a 35,000rpm dremel with the right tip enough to do significant port work to the intake?

Same here, just get the proper tips for the job.

Have fun, don't rush the dremel, and remeber to cover the surroundings of the housings with a lot of duck tape.

I use an alumium tape that is common with trailer repair services. It is harder to cut through (not by much). Its also a pain to remove. Take your time and have fun.

Didn't mean port work, meant manifolds, I'm sure the answer is unchanged. Thanks guys.

Speed isn't the issure. Slower speeds= smoother cuts.

According to dremel's website they're saying you don't want to go above 15k on aluminum. Just wanted to make sure I don't have to rip the crap out of it with a 5 amp die grinder or something. Thanks guys.
