Draining gas tank?

I have an 87 SE that has been sitting for a while, and needs to dump that nasty gas out of the tank. How do I go about draining that tank? Thanks in advance.

There's a 14mm bolt (and crush washer) on the passenger rear corner of the gas tank.&nbsp Look under the car and look for a "bump" - the bolt is usually coated with undercoating and accumulation of road crap.&nbsp Be sure to REPLACE the crush washer with a new one, as I tried reusing mine, and it still leaks!

Is there a way to disconnect the fuel feed to the injector rail and drain the tank using the fuel pump? Or is it more thorough to drain at the plug in the tank?

Just recently did this myself. Just be prepared to put your finger in the hole... It gets messy really quick if you don't...

Try to cram a 3/8" id hose to help control the flow
