I used some "Hi Temp" powder coat. I figured Id see how truly high temp it is

I dont care if it stays on or not...I just figured Id make it look prettier than it did while I had it off

If its really high temp it will stay for like a week or two prolly. Should get it ceramic coated while its off man.

It "looks" ceramic coated, but in fact is that from a rattle can?

No matter how high temp that paint is it will only last a short while.

It does look good though, great idea, when i get my RB header i would like to get it coated, but we'll see.

Meh...Like I said, I dont really care about how pretty it is too much. I consider this more of an experiment just to see how high temp this powder really is

Just a little FYI...

Ive had the DP on for about 3 weeks now and its seen some VERY high temps ( glowing red temps ) but still looks the exact same.

I think if it was just regular old rattle can stuff, it would have peeled off, but since its powder coated, I think it must just stick even if heated up enough to go back to its "liquid" state.
