dowel pinning engine

so im looking to get a rebuild and wana make 500 rwhp on an s4 t2 engine and wanna get engine studded or doweled . who does machine work in ga/fla area for a reasonable price and which should i do . 500 hp is all i wanna make lol have a t04r and going standalone with supporting mods and i know the s4 cant hold but about 400 . can u use fd irons or are the engine mounts different or something what is more cost efficient . thanks in advance vato2000taco
