Isn't there enough flex in the door panel to pull the back end off a little and reach the latch mechanism?

same thing happend to my car i just took out all the bolts that i could then lean the seat all the way back pull on the back of the panel not to hard though and slid your hand in..
on the right side of the door there is a hole..put your hand in there there should be a rod that goes vertical push up or pull down on that and it should open right up.
on mine there was a little spring that broke so that when i locked it it wouldnt come unlocked..it was really complicated but i managed to fix it..just cant lock my door until i get that spring put back in..haha..thank god for security systems!

good luck with that
