Doing a spring upgrade, a little worried

Well first off the car is a snow car from up north, for a snow car it is supriseingly clean but it does have rust and the classic bolts that snap off. Question is, do many people have trouble with frozen bolts breaking when upgradeing the suspension, or is maybe the bolts used for it a better quality? im just hopeing i wont ruin something. Any tips to help avoid breaking bolts, or is it usually not as bad as im thinking for a northern car.

Well, you could hit all the bolts with some PB blaster or something the night before you plan to put in the suspension. That should help some.

a torch would help loosen up some rust and free the bolt from the threads.... but watch out for overheating it and any other rubber gromets/ bushings etc... PB blaster helps as well. But an impact gun seems to work just fine for me.
