i have an 87 rx7 non turbo, totally stock.

It doesnt want to start or even turn over. All of the lights on the inside come on, but none of my gauges turn on and it doesnt start or anything. I just put in a new battery, new cable ends, and the alternator is pretty much new. Im really not sure what the problem could be. I have had the car for about a year. But i havnt been driving it. Only starting it and letting it run every 3 to 4 weeks. I havnt had any problems with starting it until recently. Just one day it didnt want to start. I can do motor work, but im not very good with the electrical side of mechanics.

try push start! always works for me. that way you'll know if it works... also, try the unflood technique, it might be flooded.
