Time too fixx, but Where to start??
Well, my cars been running really sloppy, so sloppy I can't even drive it. I've searched for days now, looked at everything but **** out of luck. When I first start it (cold start) Idle is a bit loww (Car is an 87 s4 TII) but when it warms up idle is pefect. Now when I give it a bit of gas the rpm's seem slow to rise, and after I take foot off pedal rpm stays at around 1200, then after a few seconds drops to like 300-400 like it's gonna die, and then goes back up to normal idle. I played with the idle adjusment and all that like it said in the fsm. No luck. Also when it goes down to the 300-400 range and I give it gas the car dies and shuts off. ANY help would be appreciated!!!

check the engine compression..? maybe its time to rebuild.. i fear its almost time for my TII. it always cold starts up at 2000rpm and stays around 2500rpm at warm idle. i'm sad about it but oh wells... cant toy around since its winter up here.
