does this sound good?

my frens uncle is rich as hell and takes good care of all his stuff he has a 91 7 t2 that he doesnt want anymore he said he would give it to me for $2500 but today i talked to him and he said he moved the car and there was a spot of oil underneath the car he doesnt wanna bring it to a shop so he said he will give me the car for $500 sounds kinda fishy but if i get it for $500 then i could have 2000 to fix it up does this make any sense or am i gettin myself into a huge hole hit me back as much help as i can get thanx

500 isnt bad for anything can start and stay running. oil spots could be a number of minor things, but it could also (and more likely) be something major. it all depends on you willingness to learn how the car works.

get it! the oil leak is just probably coming from a bad oil pan gasket.

i kno the guy took care of it cause i was garage kept since he got it in 92 so ill be the second owner but i have a pretty good rotary mechanic round me so i should be pretty good thanx for the help keep it comin
