does anyone make a alum air box (vinspeed,etc..?)

i was seeing if anybody still made a alum airbox for a cone filter anymore i used to have one from vinspeed (his was a lot nicer than what i could have made) but i dont know if he still has them or maybe somewhere else has them

hmm if you could make a lid cover *i know its not ideal*, but that sure could help when getting pulled over by police since they cant see an air filter

i could probably make a half *** one with my fab skills..lol but its easier for me to just buy one from someone who does it for a living.

i dont really have to worry about cops (i live it the sticks)

Oh, missed they were in cail, that explains it.

I have a contract with a buddy of mine, if for any reason i EVER move to cali he is to come and shoot me, then collect everything i own from my will...lol

Not to worry though, that is just the backup emerangcy plan, i would NEVER move there.

naw they'd probly just give you alot of fix - it- tickets for not running with stock parts. as along as your doing nothing stupid and just going with traffic they wouldn't notice. but if you get out of line in front of them they'll do the same and bump up things. i believe the first few seconds a cop meets you and have that first eye to eye conversation they judge from there what type of person you are.

i'm telling ya guys no cop around these parts would pop your hood (they just dont give a **** about that) i looked at the mariah one but its to much $$ (the vinspeed used to be $55)
