Cartech made a kit a LONG time ago, if you can find a used kit w/ all the parts sure its just install and go, but aren't most car parts? Tuning is kind of important if you want it to last. Search the FAQ, and archives there is a lot of good information in there. Look for AaronCake he did a big write up on the whole process. Little side story: I used to ask questions on here but I found that most of them have already been answered so I would search and search and search and if I really honestly could NOT find what I was looking for then I would post a new thread. Just giving you heads up, someone asked this question last week, and someone else asked it a week before that. So NA to turbo, turbocharging NA, 6port turbo, etc etc are some key words you might want to try.
EDIT: Its not a waste of money if you want to learn about your car and such. But if you just want to go fast no-fuss no muss then get a T II, it will more than likely be cheaper.

yeah, this is prolly one of the most asked questions in the history of this forum... you can do a search and find A LOT of threads about it, look in the FAQ sticky at the top of the page. or wait a day and one of the many turbo'd NA threads will pop up with updates on their build.
