Well, this is probably the most *famous* of all the Claret Mica FC's to grace this board... It was owned by Jon88se. It was one of those much loved 'member's rides' in my book. Very nice Avatar to look at. Oh yeah, and the reason why I got the Mazdaspeed front-lip for my Turbo II... Ironically, we also had the same wheels too.

thats a pretty rare color, ive only seen two fc's up here with that paint color. really nice color though!

Nice color, Im painting my ferrari red kinda of a darker red then fire engine red. I wonder where he got those clear side marker lights!

Is it more maroon, or purple? Its so hard to tell, i like it.

Not sure, but maybe i'll paint my car the purple like olor of the skyline instead.

A quick search of my screen name for any info about my old car and look what comes up

Thanks for the kind words guys, I miss the car too. Yes, the car was on the flatbed that day because it was being sent to the new owner.

Claret Mica was a pretty rare color and only available from 87.5-88 as far as I know. In bright sunlight the car is a bit more red/purple, but in normal light situations it is a nice metallic dark maroon with a bunch of silvery flake.

As for the clear markers, they are all from D-Speed of Japan (refer to any Hyper-Rev book on the FC). I picked them up at the 2000 Tokyo Auto Salon
