You won't need a full standalone, but you'll definitely need an SAFC or RTek or something similar, since you'll need more fuel with the BNR and a way to control it.
yes, but i dont know why you would. the rtek already has fuel maps (if you are using one of the injector combos that are "preset") and is completely adjustable. so lets say you are running 550cc prim. and 1000cc sec. although this is not one of the "preset" injector setups, you can set it to the 550/720 preset and manual lean out the a/f. as said above, depending on your ultimate goals you may just wanna upgrade to a full standalone. although with an safc you can control pretty much any size injectors, you have no control over timing. and although you can control both timing and fuel with the rtek, it still requires the use of the stock afm (or at least the map sesor if you choose that route, i believe it allows for more potential) and thus is pretty limited. i think the most i have heard of someone making on an rtek is around ~350rwhp. generally 400hp or more should go for a true standalone. but i have never owned or used an rtek, so i could be wrong on these facts.

also, look in the engine management section to get familiar with your options (safc and rtek sections are there as well) and see what you need/want in your ems if you choose that route
