Do I need O2 sensor?
I recently installed full RB road race exhaust. When I changed the O2 sensor it was disconnected. I couldn't find the other end. It looks like it may be grounded to the UIM. My '88 SE N/A runs great. Should I try to hook up the O2 sensor... I did search & it seems that it doesn't do squat.

It won't affect performance, but it will affect fuel economy when cruising - the ECU can't go into closed loop mode without it, and it will generally run a bit on the rich side.
If you use the car for long trips, it definitely will be worth the $20 or so to put one in. If it's just used for track/autoX/etc, you won't be spending any time in closed loop anyway.
Some of the guys with Haltechs or other standalones don't use an O2 sensor, simply so they can run lean on the highway under light load. Or, at least, they don't have an O2 sensor plugged into the computer... generally if you have a standalone you should have a wideband O2 sensor for tuning.
