Wow that bad boy is beyond it's useful life. Your engine bay looks pretty dirty, you should clean it up. Doesn't take long and there is a thread all about how do do it floating around.

belts are like 3-6 bucks,.. if you have to even think about asking if you should change it, change it.

^^^this guy is an idiot

change ALL the belts while your at it and clean that car, excessive dirt and oil will shorten the life of the belts and make them slip

alright guys ...
got a new belts ... now is the time to change the water pump (the cause of the dirt in my car coz of coolant leak splashing all over engine bay! )
