They are pretty different. The gauge assembly is different....and the dash radio surround.

Huh? Brown interiors? I only knew there was black, gray, blue, and red.

Question Another Q'

Does anyone know. or has anyone tried to swap S5 -> S4 interior. I'm mainly wondering if the gauges are PnP asuming you've already swaped in an S5 engine + ecu already ? I want the S5 but they're sooo heavy...

the gauges are not plug and play, you need to move pins or have the gauge harness.

as far as the differences... the S5 have standard the upgraded carpet and insulation package that came on the series 4 GXL and T2.

The dash board has more re-enforcements.

The USA models got mouse belts (and a different A piller, headliner, and B piller mouldings).

The radio/logicon bezel/surround was a different shape and covered with a rubberized material.

the radio was different, and only available in the smaller din size widths.

The rear hatch light was on the rear body instead of on the hatch strut, like the series 4.

most s5 came with rear cargo cover.

grey interior was not available on the S5 coupe.

The S5 coupe had a tiny center armrest and storage box under it.

Seat foam and cloth materials are slightly different.
