What do you think of this BOV?

I want to run 12psi and a lower level, somewhere around 8 or so or lower if possible. Will this be a problem with this BOV? It says 10+ psi, but will it leak or anything below that? Thanks.

I have the Type-H 10-25 PSI on my car ... its not a problem at all, if worse comes to worse its all based on spring tention you could always cut the spring if its too tight.

you shouldn't have a problem. at idle it's under vacuum, which the spring should keep it shut, and under boost, it should be held shut by the vacuum line supplying boost. That is until the throttle is closed.

The problem is not keeping it shut... the problem with a high PSI BOV is will it open enough and open properly & ontime, before the compressor gets surge at lower boost levels.
I am yet to run any kind of boost on this motor I still have to break it in. But I have talked to other that have this BOV .. a guy I know is running about 12PSI with no issues, I plan to run in the 10-14 range.
But like I said if you are getting surge at lower levels just take out all the washers.. if you still are you can just trim the spring.
The model H is loud .. the one you are looking at is VERY loud.
