Yup. My friend has a DA (1989 Integra) that for whatever reason smells EXACTLY like my FC.

A lot of my friends down here in FL tell me it has that "old muscle car" smell.

It's not just the age that's causing this problem. My first 86 RX-7 was purchased in 1993 - it smelled like this too. The 2nd one I bought in 1995 did too, and it had leather seats.

for cleaning your windows if you use a good real leather chammis and water. I can watch the film come right off. easy.. and you can see the clean.

My fc smelled standard until I left a sandwich in the storage container while i was gone for 4 days. That takes care of it.

Anyone happen to know any way to get that film/haze off the windshield? Mines horrordeous and despite my efforts, won't clear up.
Its due to a busted/leaking heater core. enjoy that one.

That can be another cause of windshield haze.

And another special 'fragrance' to add to the above.

The highest compliment ever bestowed to me was from a good friend after driving about half an hour to get to his house with a horrid exhaust leak: "You smell like an RX-7!"
