Talking dirty hoods in progress

heres some pics of a new hood out of a clean mold and im currently glassing in a scoop....and there is stock7s hood divider and all...the hoods are dirty and i dont think i could have found an uglier primer if i tried....i stilll have yet to wetsand it....im just going to leave it up to the shop....i figured id share......peace

the one in the first pic is weighing in around 15lbs
.....i did some cutting so probably less now.....im going to reinenforce the underside a bit more to make up for the cut maybe...but 15-16 pounds

the underside is chopped mat on the first one and the skin itself is made from modified twill and coremat sandwiched between.....on the second one its chopped mat and ecloth.....strong as hell but heavy.....

yes its all fiberglass....and custom...i wish I had a mold to work from....i use an na mold and a mold of the scoop and then i mold the scoop in which is a big pain in the *** for the money i charge to make them....so ill be moving on to newer and better things here soon so if anyone is interested speak up or forever hold ur peace until i decide to stick to a specific mold...
