different question about removing acv

I check all the time. I have a current oil leak(oil getting on ****) which I am hoping is from the leaking acv which has alot of oil in the "port" where it used to be hooked up to.

Well it was, and that was because my turbo had over an inch of oil in it. I changed the turbo and after about 20 minutes of running it and gunning it the smoke stopped completely. It still smokes a tad on start up but I know there is still some oil in there so I'm not worried. Right now I'm just worried that my car will still run shitty like it is now, once I get the correct acv plate on there.
