Differences in fuel rails with PD

Hi guys,
I would like to know if the J-spec engines have the PD in the same place like the US-spec ones. On my car on the primary rail on the side where the Pulsation damper is, there is a vaccum line connected. On my secondary rail there is no vaccum line and there is something that looks like a PD to me with a screw. I removed the secondary rail and applied air pressure after I blocked the injector holes and the screw moves in and out. On the primary rail I cannot see any screw and it looks like its sealed and has some white paint. I would like to change my PD for maintance reasons and I am a little confused. Any help can be appreciated.

Thanks

The PD doesn't have a vaccuum line connected to it so that would me it was the one without it. Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I think the Non US versions were fed opposite of the US versions.

I am fairly certain the feed is the same. I am not sure about the PD differences but I think it would be more likely to be an S4 to S5 difference. Are they S4 or S5 or one of each?

When I had a US-version TII when I was living there the vaccum line was on the secondary rail. Since I moved back home in Europe I have a RHD japan-spec and the vaccum line is on the primary rail. Is my PD located on the secondary rail?

The car has a hybrid engine. Its a 91 UK spec TII with everything S5 but the front housings is S4 since i am using the mechanical oil metering pump. The housings are all S4. I got the car like this. Throttle body S5 and airflow meter S5. Its running on the factory computer N380. The rails maybe be an S4 too then.

my guess is that there is a difference between the S4 and S5 rails. The PD should be the last thing before the fuel returns. My question again was You were comparing two vehicles set ups what was the first one!

Fuel rails are reversed on Jspec motors.

The vac line hook up is for the Fuel pressure regulator and it is on the last rail for fuel to flow through.

PD's are on the the end of the first rail for fuel to flow through.

On the first picture it shows the two different secontary rails. One is the US spec in the middle and mine is the 3rd one.

The first two from the left are fuel pressure regulators, the third one is a Pulstation Dampener.

Did you not read my reply???

Thanks Icemark. So if I order a new PD I will install it on the secondary rail then. Should I order the S5 PD or the S4 one? Will they both fit?
Thanks again.

S5 PD's are built into the fuel rail. You would need to replace the whole rail to replace the S5 PD
