Differences between S4 and S5 T2?

I searched, the forum doesn't like terms under 3 characters.

As it stands, I have the opportunity to buy either an s4 or s5 t2, and I'm looking for the differences between the two, to find out which would be better suited for me.

S4= lighter, tighter suspension, black body moulding, 180 HP
S5= heavier, more isolated suspension, funky tail lights, body colored moulding, 200 HP

grass roots motorsport says the weight difference between a s4 and a s5 after its been gutted is 30lbs.
