Differences between '90 & '91 Verts?

OK, this seems silly, but...

My '91 Vert was stolen so I replaced it with a '90 Vert. Although I expected them to be identical i feel as though I am sitting down further in the '90. Meaning that I feel as though I have more headroom when the top is up. This would seem OK but, with the top down, when I look over my right shoulder to check for traffic, the top is in my line of sight and I have to lift myself up an inch or so to see the traffic. Am I tripping or this possible.

BTW... I'm 6'1" so its not because I'm short.

I think you're tripping! I wonder if the seat is just "broken in" more? Does it feel like you're sitting the same in relation to everything else?
