Difference between s4 and s5?

Difference between s4 and s5?
I know they look different but what else do they differ? Can an s4 be completely converted into and s5, because why does the sway bar are different for fitting?

Did you read the FAQ and Specs stickys?
The ECU is completely different as well as many of the long block accessories.
Though, to answer your base question, S4 to S5 swaps and vice versa have been done.

intake manafolds, rotars, engine componants. sensors. ecu. throtle body. intake.
most everthing is a little upgraded.
faq is a good place to just waist time and read in
but i am going to be nice and tell you
front bumper. rear bumpers are different. not by much. but they are.
