did it overheat because of low oil pressure???!? HELP!

My s4 turbo started smoking so I put my s5 turbo on yesterday. It doesnt smoke but my oil pressure is reading around 10psi..even lower at idle.
I only test drove it about a 1mile and it overheated.

All the coolant lines and oil lines matched up 100% on the turbo except the oil inlet line on the turbo side. i had to push it back about 1/4" as it was barely off. i lined it up, screwed it in and continued to put everything back together. I see some smoke around the turbo but no oil.
My question is did it overheat because of the low oil pressure and is it possible its loosing pressure somewhere within the mechanical assembly of the turbo(even tho I dont see smoke out the exhaust)?
