Did I find a gold mine?
87 RX7 GXL body, great shape, motor runs, manual tranny no problems, interior great just needs paint on the body. I have found it on the street infront of the owners house and he is needing money. I dont know much on this particular 87 GXL but is that the same motor as what is in the 94 RX7's? It is not turboed, but the motor is super super super clean. Where on the motor can I find the model number to the motor? It says 13Binjection on the top of it. Thanks!

Not even close. You just described the stock, non-turbo 13B motor that came in the 87's. The '94 used a twin turbo motor with quite a few various changes. Overall there's a difference of about 100hp (base) between the two.

sorry but thats not the same motor as the 93-95 3rd get fd3s. thats a S4 non-turbo fc3s. the motors are both quite different beasts. but if the price is right might be a great place to start in the wonderful world of the rotor.
