Diagnosis check.....
What is the verdict on these??? I've been driving the car for 1 hour, although the O2 was removed and it was running rich. Left two are Trailing, right two are Leading.

A bit rich, they should be somewhat lighter in color. No ash deposits so oil control rings are good.
