I ordered one from them. Top notch quality. Took a couple months to get though after I had to hound them for it. It was worth it though to save a $100 or more.

Thanks RX-Heven. How did you pay? Most threads I've read suggested COD.

**** COD. **** THAT CROOK RIGHT IN HIS EYE.

My most recent series of correspondence:

He stopped replying to my emails again btw, and I haven't received ****. He never called me back either when I left him a message at his 800 number.

Gene-

How could you wait that long? I would have turned his *** into the Better Business Buero after a few months.

Back in the heyday of his being a BS artist I reported him to the FBI internet fraud people and they didn't do ****. Too busy chasing "terraists" I guess.

To be honest, I wouldn't fool with him. I actually got mine about 2 years ago. At that time he had screwed over several forum members. I contacted him and offered him a chance to rebuild his reputation by successfully completing a transaction with a person such as myself who can spread the (good or bad) word about him. I did a COD transaction with him and got my part. However, a friend of mine paid him for a lip and got screwed. HE has apparently went right back to screwing people, and I have no respect for that at all. I can somewhat understand getting in a bad position and screwing everything up the first time, but I gave him a chance to turn it around.

I believe one other forum member got his in the meantime. THe only way I'd do it is either in person, or COD. DO NOT send him any money up front.

Yeah he's a douche. The only transaction I'd be interested in with him in person involves transferring large amounts of kinetic energy to him.

I paid with Paypal. Funny you mention that corresondence with Sebring mentioned. He used that excuse with me as I ordered mine about a week before that race. It only took him a couple more months after that. Guess I got lucky....

btw, he sent me a free t-shirt because he admittedly took to long to send it out

No idea if any of those #'s are still good or if his earthlink addy works. Call him up and harass him. His paypal account is definately suspended too. Although he did just renew his domain name in 04/2004.

That's a shame. I know Kev gave him the opportunity for redemption and my friend Bill did receive his, but that's only two people on the forum. Perhaps I'll have to delve into 'glassing my own--which will suck. Or I'll steal Bill's at the next meet.

I just tried both of those numbers. The first one goes into the same voicemail as the 800 number in my emails, and the second one is a fax. Don't know if it's HIS fax for sure tho so I would feel bad if I totally spammed it and it turned out to be some innocent victim.

WARNING:
I tried ordering a 2nd lip from them a year ago and they blatantly ripped me off. Thought since my first order went through they would come through for a returning customer the 2nd time. WRONG!

FWIW, Shine Auto Project, a vendor on this forum, offers a replica of this lip for a much cheaper price. They do nice work.

Anyone down in the Florida area near Demonspeeds shop should burn it down for the rst of us.
