Defi boost gauge?

anyone using Defi D-gauge series boost gauge?

I've searched and haven't found anything about the D-gauge(the standalone one), but lots about the link ones.

are the D-gauges as accurate as the link ones? anyone like/dislike them? I'm thinking about getting one

is there any better boost gauge I can get for around $100-120?

thanks for any help.

You can get a VDO which works just as good.

Mechanical/electrics both have their faults.

The VDOs are mostly all the same. Pick one you like the looks of.

VDO work great, come standard in a lot of high end cars. They just dont look as cool as a defi or greddy Personally, I cant justify spending 200$ on a gauge when I can get one for 30$ that works just as well. If I were worried about looks I would have gotten a fd.

So the gauge was inaccurate at 20-40C but it was dead on where it matters... whats the problem again?

yeah, who cares if it reads wrong when the engine is ice cold. You're worried about overHEATing right, not over cooling.

No, I am worried about running too cold as well. I have a mammoth radiator, and I want to be sure that my engine is up to operating temp before I start driving it hard.
