deciding between two RX7's

OK so I am new to RX7's, I have decided that I will buy a gen 2 but I could only find two likely candidates and i can't chose between the two, so I am asking for help.

this is going to be my daily driver for the summer, but may find its way to the track...maybe.

first thing is I have another 13B engine, with porting and other stuff and I am told it pumps out over 200 hp (its from a kit helicopter) and i have all general tools needed to install stuff.

so the first car is a 1986, new paint, and the body has 150K on it

Atkins streetport
3mm apex seals
Tokicko blue shocks
tanabe GF210 springs
Ported and polished throttle body
battery relocated
Centerforce clutch
Racing beat aluminum flywheel
12a tranny mod (shorter 1st, 2nd, 3rd gears)
Manual steering rack
Air conditioning removal
Air pump removal
ACV removal
Racing beat header/presilencer/cat-back
S4 clutch type LSD 4.10 ratio
SAFCII
AEM UEGO wideband
Weight reduction
Walbro 255 fuel pump
5th/6th port & sleeves removed
Dual alternator pulley mod
Battery relocation
Custom dual calsonic Electric fans
NGK plugs/wires
C-Wings GT3 fiberglass hood
15x6 OZ wheels (made by enkei)
205/50/15 avon M500s in the rear
205/50/15 dunlop direzzas in front
wiperless hatch

most of it was done 40K miles ago. only things that scare me are the manual steering, missing head unit, and missing air con.

the second one is a 1989 GXL, rust free body
it is all stock, with some new tires ( just says they are Michelin)

it has nearly 100K and hasn't had the clutch replaced and has a leaky shock.

the second car is considerably less but i would think replacing the clutch and shocks would make up the cost maybe add some break pads too.

the thing is the first car is more than likely been street raced so that is alot of unnecessary wear on a car that i don't need. but the second car has 100k without anything replaced so it could need a bunch of parts replaced other than the ones i think it may need.

I'm not sure what to do and would like someone else's opinion

Thanks

another quick question, would adding the ported 13b to the GXL mess up the tranny or could it take that kind of abuse.

i would personally go with the 89. the reason is because to me personally, a non modified car is worth a tad more. if you choose to mod it, you know the quality of the work being put into the car, you know the parts, and you will most definatly learn something. and that my friend will make you appreciate your car that much more.

Why not build the helicopter? You wouldn't have to deal with traffic, and it probably would be the fastest rotary in Chicago.

On a more serious note, the car with fewer miles and less potential abuse is better for a daily driver. Plus, you can be the one to originally modify it.
