Dude I'm sorry man. This is almost exactly what happened to me four days after I bought my Rx-7. I was stopped waiting to turn and got rear-ended by a Jeep Cherokee with a brush gaurd on the front. He was going about 25.

Nice car though man. That is exactly the paint job I want on my car.

I dont know why, but this picture is actually kinda cool, -- not because of the big yellow bus, but just because of the stance of the seven

Don't do it!!

I read where you are considering buying an '02 Maxima to replace your 7. I bought a brand new '03 (same body style) Maxima 6-speed and absolutely hated it. The suspension sucks, the dealer service really sucked and overall it is just a crappy car. I called it my Japanese Ford for the three long months I owned it. I took a $5 grand hit when I traded it in, but I do not reget it one little bit. Be sure and drive one throughly, best part, drive over a speed bump at 2 mph and watch the rear end bottom out. Check out the maxima.org website to find common problems with these cars. They are probably more reliable than a 7, but they are not up to par with Honda's or Toyota's, in my opinion.

whiplash and back **** can take like 5 years to emerge ... get that you hurt your neck and back on paper for the future, it sux to get sick five years later and have no insurance paying for the bills that might have resulted from the crash.

Umm, it comes from the insurance company, which we all can agree is a big rip off factory anyways.

Yeah, that is probably the best pic, the blurred school bus adds a little artistic touch.

The state trooper was reaming out the tow truck driver for just going against traffic in the turn lane there

Well I'll definitely keep that in mind. I haven't test driven one yet but from the reviews the Maxima handles way better than the Camry or Accord, and it has more power. Is yours the GLE? My eye doctor is a pretty big Maxima buff, he has a 97 with tons of **** done to it, and he said to definitely get the SE because it comes with the sport suspension.

Personally, I'm a tax payer... But whatever, this discussion is useless. Do what you want.

I had an SE and the suspension acted just like the other Maximas I had driven and been in. Prior to buying that POS I checked with other Maxima owners (unfortunately not that generation though) and they loved them. Looking on Maxima.org, they tend to love them also. Maybe I am too critical, but I am also pretty tight with my money and to take such a financial hit does not come lightly to me. That is how much I hated that car though.

That makes me really sad. Everytime I've come close to getting hit (so far, nothing's happened cuz I took action) it's been women. They're terrible drivers.. you cannot deny that. I'm feeling for you man.

So is giving a car to a 16yo teenage male whom think they're the greatest driver in the world and are untouchable...I fail to see your reasoning behind why giving a 'woman' a car is bad.

Sure they get into more 'stupid' accidents, but I'd rather be involved in a 'stupid' accident, then one where dumb HS kids race in and out of traffic at over 100mph. Those are the kinds of accidents that get you killed. It's a known fact that males are involved in more car related deaths then women do.
