Unhappy Dealership prices

With our cars getting older, wouldn't you think that, In the near future, the dealership prices are going to go down? Considering that there are not as much FC's out there than say, 10 yrs ago? What gives?

Are the prices going to go down? Or are they still going to make us pay out of our *** and ultimately they will be stuck with all these parts and no customers?

The prices for our cars' parts from dealers will go up due to the fact that the parts are no longer made. And remember kids, buy low and sell high!

How much did you pay or see a FC at a dealer for? I paid $4k for my 1991 w/ 96K miles on it and in almost perfect shape about a year ago. Spot on Kelly Blue Book value.

Oh hehehe...parts. I was not understanding what he was meaning!! I have never bought anything from the dealer, but most parts are EXPENSIVE anywhere you get them. I usually buy from www.mazdatrix.com myself.

the parts prices will never go down. to do that mazda would have to take a write down on their inventory versus writing it off and throwing it away.

Mazdaformance.com prices made me regret buying from mazdatrix.com. I could have saved a load of money though mazdaformance.com. Brian is the salesman I work with.
