dead oil pressure gauge or no oil pressure?

dead oil pressure gauge or no oil pressure?
The oil pressure gauge on my 90 turbo doesnt move at all, and I assume because my engine still runs that its just the guage. Would this be just a little electrical problem? or something more complicated?

Wire fell off your sending unit. Its located a bit below your oil filter. The sending unit is round in shape. Has a single wire going to the outboard end of it. There is a picture of one in this url: http://www.mazdatrix.com/o-misc.htm
