Angry damn throttle problems

ok people once again my fc has a new problem... sometimes i love this car... sometimes it can get hectic...i was at the chinese store gettin some food and then leave it idling a little outside for 5 min... when i hop in put it in first and try to take off... i rev to about 1500 and the **** doesnt wanna pass 1700.. its like if u floor it.. it goes from 1500-1700 and just hesitates if u floor it... i opened the hood and operated the throttle manually.. and all 3 plates open( or at least it looks like it from the outside) and it just hesitates... ive been having this problem for a while now..before i use to spray wd-40 around the throttle and springs.. and play with the problem and it would go away... this time i did that and nothing.. but i did hit tha air flow meter a little and then it revved up.. like if something is stuck in there.. ill check.. anywayz ive narrowed down the problems to this... bad tps or needs adjustment..or bad air flow meter... or a problem in the throttle..
if anyone can help me.. id appreciate it..
by the way if i turn the a/c on it lets me rev to 2800 and then bounces off of 3000

I would first take off the AFM and make sure it is not sticking. Is it an 86-88 or an 89-91? If it is the 86-88 then make sure the AFM is mounted correctly, i.e. not vertically or twisted sideways because the flap will be affected by gravity.

Sometimes mine would hesitate when it was getting too much fuel so you could always have the injectors cleaned and BP'ed.

Just a few ideas.

Oh, one more thing. Does your car have a cone intake? Many times when the under hood heat gets really hot the intake will suck it in and it will run really bad until you get on the road to vent out the hot air.

maybe thats it.. i was idling with the a/c talkin on the phone for a good 10 min... i also noticed yesterday that my fan fuse in the panel is missing... thats for the fan that cools down the engine when the a/c is on right?

i rarely use the a/c anyway.. takes up too much engine power and my idles almost dies
