Ok so today my car started to bog on me during a drive around town. I am suspecting three things: AFM is getting wierd on me cuz it is loose in the engine bay, TPS is sticking, in-tank fuel filter is getting clogged.
How do I fix a sicky TPS?
How long would it take for me to clean the intank filter?
Santiago

You could try what I did with my AFM when it went loopy. Soak it in alcohol and work the flappy thingie a bunch. You could probably try the same thing with the TPS. Alcohol should pretty much dry up without rusting anything and it cleans ok too.

Well the reason I suspected the in tank filter is because I took a sharp left turn and bog. I mean that when I press on the gas or go WOT the RPMs will drop for about 1-2 seconds then it would sometimes recover and sometimes it would struggle.
I shot the filter with some carb cleaner. It seemed pretty damn clean though so that is probably out of the picture. I will check the TPS tommorow. What would you all recommend I spray on it to lube it? I will probably go and buy some steel or something to make a bracket for the AFM on the weekend. Would anything else make this happen?

for the TPS - spray contact cleaner.
I found it in the electrical section at Home Depot.
Spray it in the plunger sleeve, work it in, blow it out.
It's also good for logicon sliders & buttons, stereo pots, door lock switches, etc.
