Custom Top Mount Intercooler?
Hey im wondering if anyone has the specs on how thick the stock TMIC is, and how thick the ARC TMIC is. Im looking at taking two stock TMICs and cuting off the side plates and end tanks then putting them on top of each other and welding on custom end tanks and plates. Do you guys think this would work? Im looking for a good option to run at least 10psi on a 60-1, but i dont want a front mount, and cannot seem to find an ARC one. Thanks.

The stock intercooler will work just fine for 10psi, and you probably can't find the ARC because it didn't sell very well once people figured out it did very little for performance.
If you are intent on combining 2 stock intercoolers:
Stacked = Not so good because the air has a very difficult time flowing through the thickened core. Performance may be worse than the stock configuration. I don't think this will fit in the stock location anyway.
Series = OK if space is a problem, but will cause a lot of pressure drop (what you internet guys call a "restriction").

Parallel = best
