custom tid... now buzzer makin me MAAAD!

mazda seemd to think the washer fluid level was so important that a nifty little buzzer would come on to let you know.... WARNING COOLENT LOW BUZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ!

riiight.

well i took the filler neck off my fluid tank to make room for my air filter, didnt put much thought into the fact that the fluid would spill out and get low. BUZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ!

alrighty then... so can i just get under there and find the wire or what ever is sending the low signal and cut it? i plan on pulling the tank out soon but im going crazy.

one of my not so bright buddys said... just fill it up and cap it off... riiiiight... if i was gonna go through all that id redesign my tid a inch or so and put the filler neck back in. im looking for a quick fix till i can take it all out.

thanks,
jaared

there is no buzzer for the washer fluid... only a light.

if it's buzzing "coolant low" then you have low coolant....

I think you're getting awfully confused here. The is no warning buzzer for the washer fluid level, but there is a warning buzzer for the radiator coolant level.

If the warning buzzer is going off, you're low on coolant, low on oil, near redline, or have an electrical problem with the warning system (rare).

ill check all my other fluids tomarrow. so far it is only doing it when i turn corners. well alrighty then.. maybe its the oil then... maybe my oil light is burnt out.

:adds more to to-do list:
