I found a thread with this clip, can't find it now!

Can anyone help me find the clip that secures the cruise control cable to the throttle body?

I borrowed this pic:




I had it in my hand awhile ago, no idea where I put it!
Spent the day going through my parts, no luck.

I have the number 13-087 spring, and the part number 8871-13-087A.

It is discontinued at all the easy to find sites. If anyone has a spare I will buy it.
