Creeking Steering wheel

Whenever it gets really cold outside, and I turn my steering wheel it makes a creek sound. It's not the high pitch squeel from the power steering belt or anything like that, it just goes crrrrrrrickkkkkk. Is this just from the cold?

Over time the factory grease breaks down and with it up goes the freezing point. Take the center hub off, remove the old grease and lube with white lithium.
