Creating a new sleezzy look

does anybody know how to create the sleezzzy look on your car?....this is the one where only haft of the head light open up.......please help.....

pull headlight fuse, adjust them up or down with ***** under the front bumper, under each light.

sleepy look headlights

you could buy a Pivot pop up headlight controller. that way you can adjust the headlights in car from anywhere between 20-80 i think. just go to Pivot's website.

its about 100 bucks but worth it
